Warranty and service

If anything is wrong with your Konftel, contact the place of purchase. Guarantee Products manufactured after 1 January 2003 have a 2-year guarantee. Those manufactured earlier than this have a 1-year guarantee.
The easiest way to find out the date of manufacture is to check the serial number found on the bottom of the telephone. Numbers above 50000 were manufactured in 2003.

The guarantee does not apply if the product defect or flaw in question exists because of or is a result of improper use, tampering, or unauthorized modification, or if the product has been exposed to fire, electrical storms or excessive voltage.

A fee will be charged for all returned products that are found to be without defect.

Service
Service is offered after the expiration of the guarantee. Contact your retailer for estimated costs.
