FAQ Connection Konftel 60W
I'm having problem with pairing my Konftel 60W with my mobile phone. What can I do?
Make sure that Bluetooth is activated in your mobile phone, please refer to your mobile phone User Guide.
Make sure that the LEDs on the Konftel 60W is off.
Press the Trim-button for 3 seconds until the LEDs start flashing.
Search for Konftel 60W in the list of Bluetooth devices and enter the passkey "0000".
The Konftel 60W does not appear in the display when I am trying to add a new device to the phone.
Follow the instruction above. If this does not help, hold the Trim button for 6 seconds until the LEDs start flashing. The Konftel 60W will then appear as a handsfree profile device.
My Sony Ericsson K700 are having problem connecting the Konftel 60W
Answer or make a call. Transfer the call to Konftel 60W by pressing the Menu button on the mobile phone. Enter "Transferring a call" and "Konftel 60W".
Can the Konftel 60W be connected to an analogue telephone?
The Konftel 60W can be connected to virtually all system telephones.
If you have an analogue telephone, we recommend the Konftel 200 or Konftel 100, which can be connected to the same connection as your normal analogue telephone.
Can a Konftel 60W be plugged directly into the wall?
No, the Konftel are connected to the audio portion of your normal system telephone. Call as normal with your telephone and the Konftel 50 or 100/D works as a speaker unit.
