I get “Microphone muted” when I connect Konftel 300 with the computer’s USB connection. Why? The microphone is muted until the user presses the green off hook button. This is to avoid a situation in which the microphone is activated without the user’s knowledge.
Mobile connection
Do I use the same mobile and DECT cables as for Konftel 50/60W? No.
Analogue connection My Konftel 300 is connected to an analogue line, but I don't get a dialtone when I press the green handset. What's wrong? Check that the Konftel 300 is i the Analogue line mode by pressing the Line Mode button.
