I'm not getting a dialling tone
Check that the phone is registered. This is shown as a shaded box in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen If the box is not shaded, contact your phone administrator.

How can I upgrade my Konftel 300IP with the latest software version?
You need to log in as an administrator to upgrade software in the Konftel 300IP. You can search for the most recent version via the web interface and then install it automatically in the Konftel 300IP. For more details, see “Installation and Administration of Konftel 300IP”.

What to do when Konftel 300IP will not start up during initial installation?
The unit will start up automatically if it is connected to the power a few minutes. Afterwards the unit will work perfectly.
